Vouch shows you places your friends personally vouch for. We collect only what the app needs to work — nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with advertisers.

ACCOUNT

When you sign in with Apple we store your Apple account identifier and the display name you choose. We never see your password. If you hide your email, we never receive it.

YOUR CONTENT

The places you vouch for, the notes, and the photos you attach. Vouches are visible only to friends you connected with through invite links — never to strangers.

LOCATION

Used on your device to center the map and sort places near you. Your location is never stored on our servers.

NOTIFICATIONS

A push token is stored so we can notify you — for example when a friend joins with your invite. It is removed when you sign out.

ANALYTICS

Anonymous usage events (screens opened, vouches created) via PostHog, hosted in the EU and tied to a random user id. Never sold, never shared with advertisers.

DELETION

Profile → Delete account permanently removes your account, vouches, photos, friendships, and push tokens. No copies are kept.
